dispatches a Vehicle Inspector.

Utilizing VIR™ technology, the inspector will VIN Decode the vehicle, verify mileage, trim, and equipment.

The inspector takes digital photos of the vehicle including any damage, and notate any additional aftermarket items or conditions that will affect the value of the vehicle.

Once the Inspector finishes the tasks, the report is sent to the Centralized Inspection Hub.

It is reviewed by our Certified Adjusters and Mechanics.

If there are any repairable items, the Adjuster and/or mechanic will update the report with a repair estimate.

Once the Quality Inspection is complete it can be sent electronically anywhere the client would like it to be sent.

This include both Wholesale Marketplaces (OVE, SmartAuction, Adesa.com) or any of the major retail websites. The client can also send the report to an auction or AutoIMS.
